Whilst we still have clients who use other accounting software the majority are on Xero and loving it.
Xero is the accounting software of choice that I use for my own business – it saves me time and I don’t get paid for doing my own books!
We moved one client specifically for Xero’s automatic overdue invoice email functionality and they feel much more in control of their outstanding debts. The client has taken over doing their own receipting of customer payments so that this is always current and updated daily.
Another client who generates a high number of expense transactions we moved specifically for the Receipt Bank to Xero relationship and this has proved to be a much more efficient process.
A professional services client who generates a high volume of sales invoices has found Xero’s sales invoice and payment allocation functionality beneficial and very easy to adapt to. Other clients are utilising add-ons that integrate directly with Xero and finding the value provided is well worth the additional subscription fees.
