How we work:

We can either work onsite at your business or from my home office located in Lara.

You can purchase your own accounting software or you may prefer to utilise our accounting software under our subscription as at times we may be able to offer more attractive pricing.  Xero and Receipt Bank are our preferred cloud accounting software .

Once we have established a weekly, monthly or quarterly routine for your business we aim to train another qualified staff member so that you always have a back-up service available.

Clients who require a weekly payroll take priority in this to ensure your staff are always paid correctly and on time.

The cost to you depends on both the type and frequency of bookkeeping services required and whether or not you have purchased your own accounting software.

The type of fees that may be incurred are:

  • Hourly rate for catching up on a backlog of data.

  • Hourly rate for software set up and/or training (includes a two-hour minimum if travelling to site).

  • Separate BAS fee charged to all clients.

  • For ongoing clients, once workload and frequency are established, we can move away from invoicing by the hour and charge an agreed fixed monthly fee so that costs are consistent and known in advance.

  • Travel time charged one way only for clients where site visits include travel time 30 minutes or more.

  • Re-charge of software subscription on a monthly basis if utilising accounting software under our subscription rather than your own.

We don’t offer the lowest hourly rate but assure value for money.

A skilled & efficient bookkeeper will save your business costs over the long term.
