Judy at J Hill Bookkeeping has been supporting our early childhood service with our payroll requirements for several years. We could use a department recommended company however we prefer the individual attention and support that Judy and her team provide us.
Judy takes the time to support us with our queries and whenever required has spent time training us on advances in procedures, for example from MYOB to XERO.
Judy’s reaction time to any question asked is prompt. She collaborates and works with us effectively so we feel like we are all part of one team. No question is too much.
Judy also takes the time to try and keep herself abreast of our industry changes so our payroll is accurate at all times. We have had many updates over recent years which has seen much change and in turn has created additional work with calculating back pay arrangements for our service of approx. 20 employees. Our payroll system is very complex and requires an eye for detail, and this is exactly what Judy has. Judy is super competent and we know we are in safe hands, we have utmost trust in her as a professional and with her business as a whole.
