Judy has been operating her bookkeeping business for the past 21 years.​

​Judy would describe herself as a “super nerd” who prides herself on getting it right for the client.

Judy has been a registered BAS agent with the Tax Practitioners’ Board since March 2010 (Registered BAS agent number 26108105).  

The past few years have seen a lot of growth and Judy now leads a team of 5 amazing bookkeeping staff.

These days Judy aims to be less "hands on" with the bookkeeping whilst mentoring the next generation of bookkeepers and BAS agents.

Judy also needs to manage her own growing business.

  • Judy is a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) & the Institute of Practicing Accountants (IPA).

  • Judy is a Pure Bookkeeping licensee and has been since 2021.  Pure Bookkeeping provides myself and my team with a myriad of resources, training, checklists and templates, so we are all working in a consistent manner no matter who is working on a client file.

Nicole has been bookkeeping for a local fencing company and has been working for J Hill Books for the past 11 years on various clients encompassing most aspects of bookkeeping within Xero, Microkeeper, Dext and Quickbooks Online.

      Rachel has completed her traineeship including her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping with J Hill Books and is now working toward her BAS Agent hours.

      Rachel manages the bookkeeping for her husband's business and previously worked in Admin and Payroll for 4 years.

        Jenny has recently decided to change career paths after many years working in the retail industry in Merchandise Planning.
        Jenny loves numbers, so she thought bookkeeping would be a good fit and satisfy her nerdy side.

          Joe

          Joe completed his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting at Deakin University in Geelong in 2024.

          Joe is continues to gain valuable practical work experience using Xero, Dext, Microkeeper & Karbon through his work with J Hill Books.

            Renee has moved from working in hospitality management & has recently completed her Diploma of Accounting and is now working towards her BAS agent registration.
            Renee also manages the bookkeeping for her family's construction company.
