CanYou is a web based software we use for client and client employee onboarding.
We have also been using Canyou for PDF Document Signing.
Clients can use Canyou to manage some HR Functions.
Microkeeper is a cloud based time keeping, roster and payroll solution created by locals to Geelong.
Microkeeper is also an approved Xero add-on.
J Hill Books is a Dext Certified Partner.
Dext offers clients an easy way to submit their receipts and bills instantly via their mobile phone app or email.
This enables clients to go paperless and provides a clear audit trail.
We love the integration of Dext with Xero.
We also love Dext's artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities which allow us to deliver efficiencies to those clients who use it.
Our team use Karbon as our Workflow Management tool.
Karbon allows us to work collaboratively even though we may rarely all be physically in the same space.
Karbon also allows us to work collaboratively with our clients who can also use Karbon as a tool to communicate with us, because we can all do with less emails!
