J Hill Books is a Xero Gold Champion Partner.
This Requires we employ Xero Certified Advisors.
This also entitles us to get a partner discount on Xero Subscriptions as well as access to Xero's partner plans that are unavailable to non-partners.
CanYou
Xero and Dext are our preferred cloud accounting softwares to use, however we have experience in many other accounting softwares such as Myob, Quickbooks & Reckon.
CanYou is a web based software we use for client and client employee onboarding.
We have also been using Canyou for PDF Document Signing.
Clients can use Canyou to manage some HR Functions.
MicroKeeper
Microkeeper is a cloud based time keeping, roster and payroll solution created by locals to Geelong.
Microkeeper is also an approved Xero add-on
Dext
Judy became a Dext Certified Partner in 2017.
Dext offers clients an easy way to submit their receipts and bills instantly via their mobile phone app or email.
This enables clients to go paperless and provides a clear audit trail.
We love the integration of Dext with Xero
We also love Dext's artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities which allow us to deliver efficiencies to those clients who use it.
Karbon
Our team use Karbon as our Workflow Management tool.
Karbon allows us to work collaboratively even though we may rarely all be physically in the same space.
Larbon also allows us to work collaboratively with our clients who can also use Karbon as a tool to communicate with us, because we can all do with less emails!
